Tom Fraley has lived in the Las Vegas Valley since 1973. After graduating from Bonanza High School, he joined the USAF; serving all four years right here at Nellis Air Force Base. When Tom completed his military service, he joined the Henderson Police Department. After nearly 20 years of serving his community, he decided to make the change to real estate; retiring in 2006 at the rank of sergeant.

Tom has been incredibly successful in real estate winning the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2006 and consistently being one of the Top Producing agents at three of the most prestigious brokerages in Las Vegas.

Tom did an amazing job helping us find a house in an area we wanted. He was quick to send options and book appointment to view houses. He was very knowledgeable about different house builders and areas. His availability was amazing and made time for us at all hours of the week to help us. He was very responsive to any questions or if we needed information. We loved working with him and we would work with him again in the future if we decide to sell or buy a house in the las vegas area!

Could not have asked for a better experience! We needed to sell a home from 1000 miles away after relocating and he made the process stress free and easy as could be. House needed some repairs and he handled getting those done for 1/3 of what we expected cost wise. He handled the home cleaning, repairs, remote closing and everything else needed throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!

Tom was a great help in selling my home. He advertised it well, found a good handyman to fix some minor issues, and generally kept on top of everything. He went out of his way to help me pick up a large item for my new home. When I was searching for a new house, he spent a lot of time showing me various places and suggested a neighborhood I had not initially considered but he thought might fit me; I ended up buying there.

Tom was extremely sharp with his knowledge of the business. Actually came in with the sale price and estimate of the length of time to close the deal. He also was always there for any questions I had, returning my calls quickly with the answers I requested. If you want to feel like somebody when you are selling or buying a home, you won't find many to make you feel better.
